    REASON #1; I think they do not care about the customer for we purchased a motorcycle and was told we had to decline a newer or more expensive bike, only to buy a used with more milage for about the same price with a surprise warranty deal they added on making the price another $4,000.00 more! To top it off, we asked if our credit union could be contacted yet we were NOT told they were and that WE WERE OKAYED TO GO THROUGH OUR CREDIT UNION YET THEY IGNORED IT AND WENT THROUGH THEIR FINANCER FOR A HIGHER RATE!!!!!THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR!!!!!!REASON #2; To top it off we asked for a cancellation for the warranty deal and when we had them "fax the paperwork on August 25th, " WE HAVE YET TO HAVE ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE WARRANTY CANCELLATION DEPARTMENT AND IN REDOING OR RESUBMITTING THE FORM WE HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR A REFUND!!!!!!DO. OT GO TO ZION HARLEY DAVIDSON FOR THEY DO. NOT CARE, NOR DO THEY TTREAT ANY CUSTOMER RIGHT!!! IN OUR EYES, THEY SHOULD GIVE US AT LEAST A GOOD $5,000.00 FOR ALL THE TROUBLE AND THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICES THEY CHARGE OR CHARGED US!!!
