5-3-23 Comfort Solutions for thermostat issue and HVAC blowing warm. Thermostat issue resolved and added more refrigerant to the system. Date was chosen for them to come back on June 9th to check for refrigerant leak. Paid bill for $ 403.00.

6-9-23 Comfort Solutions for refrigerant leak. Was determined that the system had a leak, fixed the leak under warranty. Paid bill for $ 250.00. This is when the problem started. The technician who fixed the leak broke the condensation line from the unit to the drain. So from June 9, until i returned from my vacation out of the country, 9-1-23, the unit leaked all of the water through my ceiling below the unit, which unit was above the third floor ceiling. I returned to a ceiling falling from the third floor.

9-2-23 Comfort Solutions came out to see what was wrong, determined it was a leak, took pictures of the leak, technician made note of the fact they caused the break in the drain line when they pulled the compressor out to fix refrigerant leak. Charged me for weekend rate service call of $ 294.00.

It took them over 45 days to respond, admit they caused the damage, fix the damage and leave a fairly decent mess to clean up. They hired a contractor to pull the bad sheet rock, frame for new sheet rock, install new sheet rock, mud and finish to match existing drywall finish, paint, etc.

I want to be refunded for this service call of $ 294.00. I have called them on 9/3; 9/4; 10/11 and 11/1 and was told that Maranda or Brandon would call me back. They don't return phone calls.

They may be the biggest in the valley but they are certainly not the best. They do not back their product and admit when they are wrong. I just want my money back for a service call that should have never happened if they had repaired the system correctly in the first place.

Attached are the records showing the refund was processed on September 3rd 2023 for Mr ****.  Also attached is our communication today to have him check his September records.  This issue was indeed resolved before this complaint.  This complaint should be removed from our profile as his refund was issued per our records.  If there are any further issues regarding the refund in question please reach our Manager Meranda B**** at ###-###-####
