    Placed my order on 5/9/24 and called them on 5/17/24 because there was no tracking information updates. No one answered the phone, but I did finally get a call back later that afternoon. She said it hadn't shipped because they were out of stock, which would have been nice if they had communicated that. Then she told me she would mail it express, which did not happen either because as of 5/22/24 when I checked tracking, it had just been given to DHL and label created. Now it does show an expected delivery date of 5/25/24, we'll see if it actually gets here. I will never order from them again. Seems very sketchy

    I went through the first bottle, which took me several weeks to receive. No significant change in my older dogs joints. But, figured it would take more than 30 days. So I ordered 90 day supply, reading on their web site that I would receive in 7-10 business days. I decided to stay on top of delivery date. I called on business day 10 and left a message. I did receive a call back explaining due to the tremendous order of their joint chews, they had ran out of product. They just received new product and would send soon. I canceled order and requested refund. She agreed and sent me email confirming cancelation. I will watch for refund. I only gave 2 stars because I believe it may have been a good product with continued use. Unfortunately this company is not reliable.

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I purchased their joint supplement for my older arthritic dog and never received a package. When I contacted the business to follow up they advised my item was in transit with **** It was not - in fact, it never reached **** This happened twice. Finally, I requested a refund and was blatantly ignored by the company. I commenced a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money back. This company then told me I would have to cancel my dispute to receive a refund, which my bank explained is incorrect as a refund could clearly still be issued. In my limited dealings with this company I have found them to be fraudulent, dismissive and shady. This is very disgraceful as they are marketing products to help animals.
