    On August 1st Utahs artificial grass was suppose to show up and start a project. Project consisted of ripping up sod, laying gravel and prepping and install putting green, install water feature, and landscape lights. The company never showed up until August 22. They were hard to get ahold of and kept saying excuses why they couldn’t start yet. We had already paid them the $4,000 deposit. They finally showed up on august 22. Started ripping out sod. They came back in august 23. They broke sprinkler lines and never notified us. We found out because our yard was flooding. They put gouges in our brand new cement from using the tractor incorrectly, tore up parts of yard where they were not suppose to, left trash all over yard. They never came back after that day. They left a huge pile of dirt out by the street. Ignored our calls and text for 3 days. They finally said the job is hard because they were located an hour away. He was complaining that the price of his material went up. But he told us he was getting material and would drop it off the next day. We were told this for 4 days!! He never showed up. Then he would have another excuse why he couldn’t be there for example.// fender bender, transmission in truck went out, couldn’t find a material he needed. Then he ignores us for a week. He finally agrees to giving the deposit back, but then he kept coming up with excuses why he couldn’t give it back ex: reached his venmo limit, couldn’t drive this far to give us a cashiers check, wouldn’t meet my husband when he was down close to the business because he was to busy. The he says he won’t give us the money back now. This company is a joke. They are liers and theives. They do not have a landscapers license and they are working with an expired business license. They deleted their Facebook page after we gave them a bad review
