      I ordered and received 5 brushes. One of the brushes arrived damaged. I have reached out to the seller to request an exchange via email x4 with NO response. I have also called the number listed on the seller's website muliple times, but the phone advertises for trips, says it's busy, or has a msg, "You've been upgraded to save $100's of dollars!" Their customer support is non-existent, and their contact phone number is falsely reported on ***************************************. This is extremely poor customer service and false information provided their website!

      I ordered a 3 brush package from them, but only received 2 of the brushes. I immediately emailed their support email, but after 2 months I have had no reply to the email. I also have sent a message to their Facebook messenger account that is listed as a contact method. I have also tried their telephone number but have never had success getting it to ring.

      I placed an order for a 3-pack of hairstreaq brushes on 8/28/23. The order number is *****. The order came to $39.99. When the order arrived, I only received one of the three hair brushes. I emailed the company On September 4th, 11th, 12th, and October 12th regarding the issue and have received no response. I have also tried to call the company, but the phone number does not work. I also reached out to the company on Facebook and received no response

      I was not happy with the product, it did not "detangle" the hair as advertised and I wanted a refund of my payment (and I would return the product). I have emailed the company three different times (per the return policy on their website) with NO response. I also attempted to call the company on the phone listed on the website and the phone goes to a busy signal, no way to leave a message and I never spoke with anyone. Always only got a busy signal when I called. I have copies of all the emails I sent.
