    I have over $374.00 in incentive pay that Snowfly is holding.. First they told us 1 to 2 business days, then they said up to 5 business days and its been over two weeks and they are no longer responding to my emails. I want them to put my earned money onto my card and stop holding my money hostage!

    Snowfly had a software outage for two weeks. This was the first of it's kind, but it did delay the incentive payouts for the application users. All users received multiple notifications and explanations of the software outage, including communication to themselves individually and their companies. Snowfly was not able to provide an exact resolution date, and it did change as the software outage was worked on, and fixed. The communication that many people received was general and did not provide the resolution or details that they wanted, but it was all the information that Snowfly could provide. 

    Snowfly did offer other options, during the outage, when possible and according to the application user's company policies.

    All incentive payouts have been completed and everyone has received what they claimed in the Snowfly application and communication has gone out, again, to individual users and to the application user's companies.

    No application policies or SLA's were violated during the software outage, it was just different than usual and inconvenient to the application users. We are very sorry for the delays and the frustration caused by the delays and are still working on making sure this kind of outage does not happen again.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  
    I want to make it clear that I am only accepting because I requested that Snowfly reverse my transaction so that my employer could issue it to my check. 
    And I want to make it known that Snowfly never once informed me of a system outage. Never once! And after being told it could take up to 5 days they stopped answering my emails.
