      On July 22nd someone fraudulently obtained ****** from my checking account. Somehow using my card number and pin at a chase bank in ***********. Ive never used my bank card in the ****************. I worked that day of the 22nd in *******, ** and was no where in the vicinity of the chase branch in **, ** Your backoffice denied my request for a reversal and any investigation. Instead waiting a couple days to send a letter in response to deny it, leaving me to have to follow up on it and continue to wait for nothing to occur.

      I went in to apply for a **** loan I sent them my social security card my utility **** my award letter and 2 months of check stubs from the bussiness that my older son owns we have been helping him go r 8 years then this year he got another bussiness so he decided to have a company to take care of it and issue us checks for doing the bussiness they said that they could not verify the income because there is no i10 number on ther E the i10 is if you do not have a social security card and a immigrant which is insulting then they asked for the last 2 years taxeS t told them that it will not show the dog terainning bussiness so the Re would not be enough income they kept on saying they can not verify the income even with all the infof on the check stub do they wanted me to get a invoice saying the places where I might be getting things the places I need to go does not do invoices so they denied it they were very rude and I did not like them saying I am not from this country I know 4 people that got a loan through them that was in the same situation they did not treat them like dirt I have cognitive impairment dementia so I went into a anxiety attack and ended ** in the hospital which is also illegal when I told them and they kept it up
