      Went in trying to deposit a check from an insurance check I received due to hail damage. I wanted to just deposit the check but understandable wasn't able to due so do to concerns about the value of the collateral decreasing due to the hail damage. I had questions about still having value even with hail damage because I've paid the vehicle down. The first response I received from the manager was " we don't care". Even if I was wrong they were very rude about the way they spoke to me

      Ive been banking with ccu for over 7 year and had 2 car loans with them. The latest I was at 100% payback even through covid. I went through a divorce but was still trying to keep up on my loan. I asked for a small consolidation loan and was denied. First blow for a loyal customer. Then I fell behind by one payment. I was making extra on my payments until I was caught up. Last month when I called to make my payment, the woman asked when I could make the remaining $100 to catch up and I said I could do it with this months payment. She said that was fine no problem. I asked her to make note of that and she said she did. 3 days before that payment was due my car was repoed. No notice no letter just gone. When I called they said there was no date in the notes and to get it back Ill have to pay $4000. They are crooks, liars, and heartless. They do not have their members best interest in mind. And do not care about loyalty. I will never do business with them again. Stay clear.

      I approached Cyprus Credit Union for a loan for an RV trailer and received an email stating I was pre-approved, needing just a few things, some of which included a copy of the insurance information on the collateral. Therefore, I had to purchase insurance for a vehicle I did not own. I thought to myself, that was easy, so I did. Then my pre-approval status turned out to be a marketing tactic, and a financial institution that is supposed to protect people's investments never intended to approve the loan but just wanted to cost me the money for insurance I would never need. This is not my idea of what any financial institution, which is supposed to protect members' investments, is supposed to do. And when I voiced my concerns, it fell on almost deaf ears, and no effort was made to rectify the errors caused by employees, but I was informed that they would fix the issue so it would not happen again. I say to you all, if you value your money, have no dealings with this institution.

      I have been a Cyprus member for over 16 years. This year I divorced my abusive husband and I had to sign to get him off my account. They sent him a DocuSign to remove him and he signed. It has been 3 months since he was on my account or any accounts. He has his own account. They drafted his truck payment out of the blue this month from MY checking account. When I called them they got my money back after being on hold, however, I got a text from him saying that he gave them permission to give my money back so I called them back and they told me if he didnt give them permission I wouldnt have gotten my money back! FRAUD. This is Fraud!! I am seriously in shock! They can steal from you and give the suspect a chance to keep it!!

      I have had a cyprus account for 10 years. For the past 3 years I have had a fraudulent charge draft out of my account for almost $2,000 every November. This results in me having to call my bank and have charges reversed. Every year I'm told it won't happen again. This is the 3rd time! If it wasn't for the fact that I have a loan I am paying off I wouldn't even have an account anymore. Every year I'm assured it will not happen again *** every year it does. What will it actually take for them to do what they say and fix this.
