    I am a truck driver. I delivered a load to sysco in ***********, **. I was in the gate around 5:30am for a 6am app. ** ****** services assigned me a door and after 7hrs they unloaded my trailer. They then charged $507 for a lumper fee or $72per hour they held me at their location. I will likely loose more money on my next load as it will be canceled and effectively they will have cost me a couple thousand dollars due to me missing my app time.I am not looking for legal or payback. Waiting is part of the job. But it's the absolute disrespect in their attitude that this, "** ****** services" Shows to truck drivers who move your food products during Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays away from our families that make drivers who have been at it over 10+years quit. I earned nothing on this load as it originally wasn't paying well anyway and I expected it. But the double stack fee which I had no part in as this trailer was loaded in a warehouse and I was not allowed to supervise the loading nor unloading nor did i recieve an estimate prior to unloading made this all the more aggravating for me. I got this here through a bad winter snow storm and this load will likely cost me more than benefit me. If anyone who can take action reads this and thinks of a way they may be able to improve this situation. Please consider it. Out of 749 reviews on ****** they have 2.1 rating for this and other similar problems. Thanks for reading.
