One of their employees trespassed on my property and left garbage. When I contacted them to have it removed, the manager, **** ******, laughed at me and hung up. Thats the degree of professionalism and respect this company offers.

This is 100% false unfortunately.Did not trespass and did not leave trash.Did not laugh and did not hang up on customer.When a job is started we hang door hangers on all surrounds neighbors letting them know there is work around them and if there is any problems to please let us know. We call it pardon our dust fliers. This individual called us said they were going to call the cops, for us trespassing and leaving trash all over their yard. We immediately called to find out what was going on, upon digging into this we found out that This door hanger was the trash we left all over the yard. I am sure **** chuckled when he found the trash all Over the yard the was constituting the police being called was simply a door hanger informing customer were working on the neighbors home. Again no one knocked on the door soliciting work, no one left any garage or trash anywhere on the property,And no one hung up on anyone.Truly sorry this individual made these false claims. No of it is simply true. The only remotely thing that is true is our manager did chuckle as truly thought this was a joke. Definitely sorry about that could have handled it batter but we truly thought this was some kind of joke.Terry S.

If you enter someones property when there is a No Trespassing sign, you have trespassed. How is that a difficult concept to grasp? I have several No Trespassing and No Soliciting signs on my property, which were completely ignored as representatives of this company left their trash on my property. The owner actually admits in their response to my comment that the manager, ****, laughed at me after claiming it never happened. If you value literacy, quality customer service, and for your property to be respected, go with a different company.Review fromjann j

5 starsRGS replaced all my windows, siding and aluminum. Now the house is looking awesome and is ready to weather the upcoming years. I called *** because of their Comsumer ratings, then the estimator- ***** - came out to explained about their products, colors, warranties, financing, local company devotion, and dedicated crews- he sold it! The specialized crews completed their jobs in a timely manner: Windows- ************* were so polite, Siding- ************ very hard workers even in the freezing rain/snow, Gutters- **************** reinstalled perfectly, Project manager-***** would come out to inspect the project, the Office lady always so polite and friendly in helping over the phone. I signed up in July 2024, they started in mid-December and completed in early January 2025. It was worth the wait. They might add a clean-up crew, which would help. There were some slivers of aluminum and nails that were left in my landscaping, but ***** came out and took care of it. I totally recommend this local company.Review fromEmily J

*** sold us on their professionalism. They had the right product and price, and two " *******" came out to verify the job. This was in October. Once started, they said they would have this completed in two to three weeks. We are now three months into the job and it is still not completed. When I would call and ask about this being done they would tell me a date and then the single people they kept sending to complete the job would tell me a completely different story for completion. I never saw the "*******" unless it was to have an additional fee signed. Now there is snow, some demo still needs to be done, siding on the back still needs to be up, and there are no gutters for snow melt. Not to mention the things I had to move away from the house that now cannot be moved back due to the weather. Great product, looks good with what is completed but still waiting for completion.Jeff R

This project took longer than I was told and some of the outline of the project was not followed, but once they got a team here to complete it the work went well and was finished quickly. The results were excellent and the siding looks great. They also installed gutters which only took a day to do as well. Overall the project was a success.Review fromColeen P

****** ***** and ****** *. were all very professional and informed us of everything that would transpire. We were given a written estimate with pictures and measurements, we were told and reminded when the project would take place, and as the project was in progress, we were informed about the materials. We love our rain gutters so much we had some additional installation done. ******* and Cristo did the work. They arrived when they said they would; they were friendly and efficient. And they respected our property. We recommend *** to anyone.RGS Exteriors and Construction

Everyone I interacted with at RGS was professional and friendly. It started with **** at the estimating stage, all the way to workers the day of installation. I had regular update calls regarding scheduling my work which was refreshing. I knew my project was scheduled out at least 2 months, but I had regular updates and contact - I never felt forgotten. My project was also very small in the scheme of projects, they treated me as though I was the most important customer.
