  This business only allows 5 star reviews on their ****** site so no one really knows how bad it is. Was recommended to our small business by our IP & has not only provided & charged for equipment for our small Mom& Pop store that is WAY too much (a firewall made to support 200+ employees for a small 1300 sq foot retail business with 18 employees) but blames our business on equipment failures so that we have had to re-purchase the equipment, but at 3 times the original cost, doesn't give us any options before installing in emergencies, then bills the next day & expects payment immediately when the new charge is 3 times as much as was paid to initially install. When you try to return said expensive IT equipment, ******* at 1st rate won't take it back yet took our broken equipment that we did pay for, told us it was water damaged when there are no water leaks in our business & other IT techs have inspected our store, & won't return it so we can have someone else inspect to verify. Instead of negotiating & trying to make their customer feel comfortable & happy, gets rude & gruff and shuts down conversation & sends your business to collections. ******* has remote access to our entire IT system but would tell us he needs to come to the store to fix things like a Wi-Fi password so he could charge us more money. Abuses auto draft that we set up for our phone system by debiting $375 within 1 day of replacing a cordless phone charger that broke within 4 months that should have been under warranty. Set up 2 phone lines rather than the 1 we only needed so he could double charge us. Refuses to port our business phone number despite not having a contract ************ is too dishonest. We would have looked past it the first time or 2 but after 4 different incidents of discovering from other IT vendors how much things really cost (quoted us $6000 for a new ****** camera system when we could get one for a fraction of that cost) we realized ******* at 1st rate is out for himself.

We are always striving to provide the absolute best service for our clients.Unfortunately, when you put stop payments on checks/payments after weve rendered services and supported your business we dont have many options besides sending your account to collections. We made numerous attempts to work this issue between you and your husband with no positive results. We do not tolerate businesses committing fraud, theft and manipulation.

  Furthermore, we have a timestamped and dated contract for 2 phone lines dating back 2 years. Your signature is on the quote so were not sure where the confusion is when you requested 2 phone lines.
