    Date of transaction: 7-27-23 Amount paid: $2630.00 Business contracted to build and install a steel fence and gates enclosing my home property Per legal advice, Handsome Rob's Fabrications is operating fraudulently and does not have a business license to operate in Utah Business refuses to resolve this issue, provide any materials I purchased, or refund my money I answered Robert E********'s online KSL Ad# ******** on 7-13-23 I have the text feed between myself and Robert E******** in PDF and Zip files, but because of it's size (over 111MB) I was unable to include it in this part of the complaint. To summarize my experience, I answered this supposed business's ad in hopes to have my property enclosed by a steel fence with gates. Robert came to my home, gave me a bid, and a contract to provide that service. He had no problem meeting me or coming to my location on 4 separate occasions to collect my cash/check payments, but when it came time to provide products or services, he blatantly lied to me through mostly texts stating he was coming to do the job and he never followed through with the several promises he made. After several failed promises, I let him know I was no longer interested in doing business with him and wanted him to work with me on a resolution in which to provide me with either the materials so I could hire a real contractor and business to do the job or a refund. He insulted my intelligence several times by texting he was "on his way" or that he'd "be to my home first thing in the morning" (none of which ever materialized) which provoked me to ask for a complete cash refund as I no longer trusted him to even dig a hole in my yard. I am concerned, because of the KSL Ad, that other people have been defrauded as well and I want to bring attention to this fraudulent business.
