      *** and his crew where recommended to me by another mitigation company that was too busy to help me at the time. They came out and were able to find the leak in our bathroom that two other plumbers couldn't find. He helped to walk us through filing an insurance claim which was stressful. When the insurance adjuster tried to deny our claim *** stepped in and fought for us and was able to prove what was needed for us to get covered. He was on time and left our home clean everyday he came to work. I will definitely be calling him directly if we ever have water damage again. Hopefully we never have to call him though.

      WARNING!!!! Water ********************** out of **** **** ************************* is a heartless *****. If you want to spend thousands of dollars out of your pocket over what your insurance will pay, go with this company. Thats what he charged me, and I understand he has way over charged not only me but others including my neighbor who is in her late 80s. We live in a retirement community. Im almost 70, and I live on Social Security. He has put me into financial hardship. I dont know how I am going to recover and rebuild my home. He took most of the money the insurance paid me. Also, this happened just before Christmas, so I couldnt buy any Christmas present for me children and grandchildren. This broke my heart. I told him that, but to no avail. He was a heartless, greedy, money hungry *****. According to adjusters from three different insurance companies, one said Water ********************** is rated D-. Another said that only less than 10% of restoration companies do what he does. This is the findings from my insurance company. Quote Mitigation sent to us by Water Damage Specialist. It has been confirmed that they have manually manipulated the pricing to be higher than the prevailing rate established by Xactimate, the program that we all use to make sure pricing lines up. They also have charged for larger dehumidifiers and negative air fans than they should have. We wont be able to pay the amount that they invoiced. I am going to advise them of the amount we are paying, and they should not be charging more than that. He was advised and ************************* did NOT budge an inch. Water Damage Specialist ************************* is definitely on all these insurance adjustors radar screen and what a ***** he is. WARNING DONT USE WATER DAMAGE SPECIALIST **** OUT OF **** **** *************************. Read more reviews from Home Advisor. The one-star reviews are exactly what happened to me.

      Do not use this company!! ******************* is a fraud. He will bill your insurance company to the absolute *** and falsely bill for unnecessary items. If your insurance company doesn't pay him he will try and *** you. I had a flood in a basement and he charged my insurance company close to $100k for clean up!!!! BEWARE!!! I 100% agree with ******'s review below!!!
