    Scheduled a showing two weeks ago, they sent me a confirmation text the night before confirming the appointment. Then the day of maybe 2-3 hours before the showing they send me a follow up text cancelling the appointment due to the house being dirty I responded immediately with a voicemail an email and a text back to that same number as well as a voicemail to ****** one of their employees. I did not hear anything back for over 4 hours. I received a call from ******* who identified herself as a manager I asked again if I could tour the house and she said they needed a full week to clean the house and that they had known it needed to be cleaned for the last 2 weeks. I asked her why they had scheduled my appointment, and even sent a confirmation text to me knowing they were not going to show the house. And she proceeded to tell me that she thinks I should take my business elsewhere and that Im not a good fit for their company. I was polite even still and asked her if I could reschedule the showing anyways. And she became even more nasty and basically told me to go s**** myself then hung up on me.
