    In January 2025, I purchased a tent trailer from **** at Utah RV Rentals via KSL Classifieds, expecting it to be in proper working condition as assured during our discussions. While the zippers were repaired as promised, several other issues remain unresolved:1. Water System and Refrigerator Problems: **** promised on January 10, 2025, to address water system issues. However, the refrigerator does not work on 120 ********** the culinary water hookup was improperly installed, leaving a gap that risks water damage, and a leak causes the water pump to cycle every minute or two. These flaws contradict ****s assurances that everything else was "working great."2. Unpatched Canvas Holes: On January 15, 2025, **** claimed holes in the canvas above the front bed were patched, even sending a photo of the patch material for approval on January 27, 2025. Yet, no actual patches or adhesive were applied, and the holes still leak.3. Defective Window Zipper: The driver-side front window near the sink still has only one zipper slider, despite ****s repeated assurances that it would be fixed.4. Table Leg Repairs: **** twice promised to repair the table legs, stating on February 28, 2025, that the tables were fixed. However, the front leg remains unrepaired, and the rear table is unstable. I had to replace the cracked floor mount myself.**** kept the trailer for over six weeks (January 27, 2025, to March 14, 2025) but failed to address the promised repairs. When confronted, he initially refused to respond, later dismissing my concerns with, "Im not sure what you want me to do." The repairs he attempted were poorly executed and lacked care. This experience highlights a pattern of unreliability and unprofessionalism, and I strongly advise against working with **** or Utah RV Rentals.
