    This Big O Tire store is DISHONEST & HAS VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES!
    We purchased a set of tires from them & my husband was adamant to include the tire Warranty! When he went into the store to get a new tire for a flat tire because of road hazard - the employee informed him that the Warranty was only an estimate not a purchase .. (This happened with his other truck also - just an estimate when he wanted the Warranty!) My husband was frustrated that we did not have the Warranty & mentioned “this is just a joke of a business & maybe they should train their employees better.”
    The employee TOLD him to leave the store !! My husband stated that he would just purchase the tire but the employee stated “Nope. Leave the store!” As my husband left the store the employee sarcastically said “Have a nice day!”
    WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN !! Yet, this is the store we give ALL our business to ..
    WORD OF MOUTH CAN & WILL AFFECT THIS STORE !!
    My husband is also a mechanic & will ALWAYS mention that NO ONE should purchase from this store!
    With their POOR PRACTICE OF being DISHONEST & LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE & also NOT FOLLOWING/ UNDERSTANDING WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS/NEEDS - it LACKS ANY ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES !!
    I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE & EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS PARTICULAR STORE! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU HAD MENTIONED WHAT YOU WANT !!
    Also, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION !!
    I would give NEGATIVE Stars if that was a choice !!!
    UNBELIEVABLE !!!
