On 4/21/2022 purchased a Prolux Central Vacuum Unit for $824.00. (I will forward this receipt).
Warranty Information, (I will forward this page). When I received the unit I returned miscellaneous attachments that totaled $285.00 leaving a total of $539.99 that I paid for the vacuum. On the week of April 7th, 2024 I retuned home to find my Central vacuum unit running on it's own !! I'm forwarding two threads of emails. The first is dated from April 14, 2024 to April 25, 2024. The second is dated April 23,2024 to May 16, 2024 (Last email I sent explaining refund was never applied back onto my credit card account ending in ****) Also a copy of my Account Activity from 4/5/24 to 5/3/24 according to their screen shot it was processed on 4/25/2024 !!

I purchased a Proteam vacuum bundle and paid for express shipping. The item arrived almost one week later. The box was badly damaged with holes on the sides and extensively taped, showing they were trying to reinforce the sides of a very thin, flimsy box. I opened the box to find the vacuum canister lying inside (not in any plastic wrap) along with an extension cord that was wrapped up but looked rather sloppy. The parts were all in plastic packaging but there was no owners manual so assembly was difficult. There is a small cord that extends off the vacuum hose but it’s unclear where that attaches and I emailed GreatVacs customer service regarding the issues with the packaging, no owners manual, a brush that was totally squished and they responded but only addressed the brush. I contacted Proteam and it turns out the canister that GreatVacs is selling with this vacuum bundle isn’t even the right canister for the attachments (hence why I couldn’t find a place to attach the short cord). I’ve emailed Great Vacs requesting a pre-paid return label so I can send everything back but have not received any response. The entire cost of the vacuum bundle was almost $700. I’m concerned about the lack of communication and the fact that Great Vacs is selling a bundle that consists of a canister that is incompatible with the advertised attachments.

After 3 emails and 2 phone calls to voice mail, I'm unable to get a response to my service inquiry. Are they still in business?

    Thanks, ****

We sent in an ozone machine (model SS7000) that had a non functioning timer knob that was still under warranty. The RMA number is *****. Everything else was fine with the unit. Instead of fixing the unit like they claimed they would, they sent us a completely worn out, dirty, rusting unit that doesn’t even work. They have not replied to my email and they don’t answer the phone. Someone named “Jeremy” wrote down in barely legible handwriting that they were sending a “new unit” on the warranty form, which was a complete lie. This business has terrible reviews and looks like they demonstrate a pattern of fraud.
