    I Purchased Biotox 3 bottles for $174 via their official website on Oct 15, 2022. It is now Nov 4, 2022 and i have yet to receive my package. I have multiple times reached out to support with no response at all. I have multiple times replied to Tonya Harris's emails that is sent with no reply. I am very disappointed and truly believe they are a scam. I am unable to locate any sort of customer service number i could call directly PLEASE IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING PURCHASING ANYTHING DO NOT DO IT. Tried to contact Clickbank but they didn't solve the situation and end the discussion while I was explaining to them. I ask for a refund, I need my money back from those scammers. And I will share my experience with them everywhere on the social media.

    This company is DISHONEST with negative customer service. I paid for FOUR BOTTLES. They sent two. Box was never even taped shut. Called them.. emailed them three times.. called clickbank three times.. told them I need the rest of my products or my money back per the “60 day money back guarantee “
    They finally responded after I told them I would report them. However, they REFUSE to honor my purchase. They said it’s not THEIR fault but rather mine and USPS. They failed to package the box correctly yet they pass Blame to me and I’m out over $200 . I need a full refund from the scammers.
