    I ordered supplements for $61.00. They charged me $159.85 without my knowledge. The supplements are garbage. Then they sent me more supplements without my approval. They charged me $149.85 for those without my approval. I have been trying to get a refund, but they give me the runaround. The are a bunch of Scammers and FRAUDSTER. The need to be prosecuted and put in PRISON.

    I wanted to purchase what the cost on their site stated. $49.99. After I processed the cost went to $299.99. The site is confusing to buyers and they scammed me with bait and switch. I did call them. They claim I ordered buy 3, get 3 free. If I had done that 3 of them would be $150.00 and the other 3 free, but they charged for all. And I didn't order any of that. Then they offered me a $30.00 discount and said the order was processed so NO REFUND. I was given an email, [email protected]. I received an email from Linda at "pure joy", if I send them back, I'm charges $50.00 for restocking. I wasn't given an order number; in fact I can't find the site at all anymore.

    I was on their website to place an order, and I never completed the order. However, I had entered my credit card information without ever confirming anything. Next thing you know a few days later I’m charged. $149.85 for nothing I ever ordered. I contacted my credit card company and they canceled the charge. A few weeks go by and this company has the guts to charge me $149.85 again! Now I have to go back to the credit card company And tell them to cancel it again. This is very fraudulent. Since I never placed an order I never received an email from them and I don’t even remember the website anymore.

    Constant charging despite not signing up for auto shipments. No emails. And a constant $300 charge monthly.

    I received a package that I did not order. I called the # from my bank statement to learn that I was enrolled in a subscription for this product I didn't order. Hopefully the Subscription is stopped, Now I'm returning the merchandise for a refund, but they are saying it will be a 50.00 restock fee. I have voiced my feelings about that, I think on deaf ears. This smells like a SCAM to me. I never went to their site, I think it was a redirect from a site I was on. and mined my info unknown to me.

    I bought a 6 month supply from them on 07/24/2024. I still have 4.5 months left of this product. It is not working for me and my s making me sick. They have tried 4 times to charge my bank account since then and send me more product. I have called them 4 times now to stop this and can’t ever talk to someone about this problem. I want this to stop now and never hear from them again

    7/21/24 I ordered 2 Bottles (bogof) Keto+ACV gummies 60/btl, 2-mo sy. I rec' a confirmation email showing 6 btls/no price listed. I got a fraud alert text fr my cc for Pure Joy Bites which I did not recognize b/c it was listed as Keto Max Labs on the website. I rejected the charge & was told by the cc company my order would be cancelled. They ran it again as Keto Max Labs & it went through. No phone # or email addr listed to contact the company. It arrived & the cost was $299.70, I expected around $100. Unable to reach a live person at either phone # I found for them 800-366-0542 for Pure Joy Bites & 833-538-6629 for Keto Max Labs. I decided to keep it & call it a lesson well-learned - do not buy products from sketchy online companies. Then on August 26, 2024, I rec'd another order confirmation & I received another fraud alert text fr my cc. I called the cc company to say NO, I did not order this, do not pay. They said it would be declined, but that I needed to call the company to cancel the order, so I did. I confirmed the 2 phone #s w/the cc company b/c they had them on their records from when the charges were put through. I left messages on both - no live person - and nobody ever called me back. I emailed them from the confirmation which had a "get in touch" email addr, & said I did not order this, cancel it. They said they can't b/c I signed up for automatic refill. Why would anyone sign up for an automatic refill of 6 months worth of product to be delivered every month?!?!?!?! I have been arguing back and forth with someone named Linda who says it is not their policy to give a refund. I have NOT received the 2nd box of product yet, but I told them I will not pay for it. They offered me a $30 refund. That is unacceptable. I do not want the product & I am not paying. I told them when/if it arrives it will be sent back. The website is deceptive and misleading & the billing practices are reprehensible. Please help.

    I have been trying to cancel my subscription for several months now and I need to get a refund number to send back several months of product. They never respond to email or phone calls. They say when you order that a refund is no problem if the product doesn't work for you but they just ignore any complaints.
