    I purchased a Soltek Easel on August 15th, 2023 to use at a workshop in September 2023 (September 18th through September 22nd) The easel broke on the second day of the workshop class. I returned the easel on September 21st. at the Ace Cronwell Center in Provincetown MA. I contacted Soltek Easel and they told me that received my broken easel. I have been in contact with Soltek Easel a couple of times each month telling me that the parts that needed replacement were not correctly made. I asked for a refund in January, Todd, the owner, stated that he would refund me. I never received the refund on my credit card Soltek for $703.00 I would like the BBB to get in touch with Soltek Business and get my refund. They have my returned easel and are unable to fix it. Many artists have bought Soltek Easels over the years and the company should be accountable for not delivering a good product and not refunding their defective products.
