My 18 year old son found these guys online. They had a 2011 Ford F150 for sale. My son texted asking what kind of motor it had and was told a V8. C. He and his uncle went to look and test drive the truck on Wednesday March 27. They decided to make the purchase. He came home to get financing and when he went back to West valley they were out of temp tags. He left them the money and had to return the next business day Thursday March 28th to pick up the vehicle. 20 minutes after he left the lot the check engine light came on. He immediately called and they said to take it to O'Rileys and have the code read. He sent them the screenshot that it was either a O2 sensor or catalytic converter. They told him it would be fine. Well its not fine- A truck will not pass emissions with a bad catalytic converter and we took it to a dealership and they said its not a V8 its a V6 and that was the worst year for that motor. Should have read the reviews on this place. We aren't the only ones who are having these types of issues. We have tried and tried to call send text messages with no response. I understand the Utah law of used cars, however it seems absolutely unfair that they can continue to be so dishonest and not be help accountable at all!! We just want to return the truck and get our money back! Is there anything you can do to help us??
