      We have tried reaching out to him 3 times we have text messages, asking him to come and finish the job/repair. He refuses to fix it. He left it unfinished. We have asked him to come and ripped all the concrete and report concrete. We have a contract, his license is expired since 2021. He gave us an old business card, we have asked and let him know we want to hire somebody else to come and fix his mistake, and we will be more than happy to finish paying him or we can hire someone else and make a claim on his insurance and talk to the state about his license. Someone else is texting us. I don’t know who it is but they told us that they’re going to put a lien on our house because we haven’t paid and without their permission we cannot hire anybody else to come and fix the problem. And we told them that we gave them until Wednesday which is today to come and fix the problem and make it right and we will pay for the last deposit. And no one answer or text us back. We need help. I have uploaded the contract, the two receipts that I paid him and I also have uploaded pictures of the work that we want him to fix. I also have videos.
