      As Ive seen in these other reviews a similar issue.. I had a delivery scheduled for today this is the 3rd delivery date thats been set. The 1st time they could get it in on time, then they set a date way out in advance, brought their time back and spoke with the local branch manager and got it rescheduled. And now Ive heard nothing from anybody, Ive just been ghosted? So now Im going to try one last time before I abandon this fuckibg company and purchase something from a competitor.

      Dont ever deal with them through ************* No one knows wtf is going on ********** tells you one thing for delivery and install and backyard says another and then doesnt call or show up twice!!! For a $2800 shed I should think I would get stellar service and both parties involved with this process would have a clue!!!!!!Never use

      Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. It would take an hour to list all the issues with install complications. ****** has been Zero help. Cant wait for them to come tear it down and haul away and give me my money back. Im sure they will s**** that up somehow as well.

      Awful; Bought a playset from ****** and the 3rd party installer is Yardline. I purchased and was booked onout 4 weeks for installation. On the day of installation and with confirmation a week prior they cancel day of at 7:30 advising of weather- IT WAS BRIGHT AND SUNNY ALL DAY. This was a Thursday so they make me wait till Monday of the next week. On Monday 5/1/23 I emailed them at 12pm b/c no one has arrived, they cancel again by email. No call nothing. I contacted corporate who told me they can't do anything-corporate contacted the local office to see if they could come out on a Saturday-THE ***** OFFICE tells corporate they don't do Saturdays?! Who tells their boss what they do? ****** is doing next to nothing about the issue as well. If you buy from ****** make sure you know who the installer is; Yardline is a total scam.

      My local branch has installed on 5/2 and confirmed with customer that the install is complete and satisfactory on 5/3. i have my ****** rep calling the customer to confirm all is good with installation. Thank you

      As with everyone else I have had very bad customer service. Doors are warped and can hardly open or shut. I've had other 3rd party merchandise bought from ******* This will be the last time. It's bad for ******'s good name, and definitely bad for the company Yard line. What a joke. Who ever ***** is needs to fired. ****, hung up on me when I was trying to get some answers. Never again.
