      I had been paying for roadside assistance in my CUIC Policy, (***********) which covers towing.

      i wasn’t able to get in contact with them when my oil pan had broke on Oct 1 / 2023 so called someone who would be able to tow my vehicle with a rented uhaul front wheel towing.

      They’re now claiming that i would not be able to get my uhaul charges reimbursed because it wasn’t a professional towing job which would have costed me more at the time since i was out by Coop Creek Snowmobile Groomed Trail, Heber City, UT, United States and needed to get to a mechanic in my area which was *** * *** *, American Fork, UT 84003

      (The typical drive is 55 miles away, considering that there was a several hour traffic jam backed up all the way to heber that day in provo canyon we had to go up by park city making it 96 miles)

      i called a towing company in that heber area called VB towing that said they charges $194/ hour + 15% for gas which would have costed me $446.2 or more depending if they considered the tow laborious.

      The uhaul towing receipt from SUNSET STORAGE AND RV shows my whole charge for the rental was $56.73

      When i signed up for roadside assistance with my insurance and pay for my services every month im hoping that they deliver the product they’re selling but they’re doing everything but that.

      I submitted a claim for reimbursement to Nation safe drivers which is what CUIC told me i needed to contact, my claim number is ************. They sent me a denial letter saying “this loss isn’t covered under this policy”

      Personally its a slap in the face that this towing job isn’t covered because it wasn’t a “professional job” when this is a consumer’s obvious choice between a $446.2 towing and a $56.73 towing. Both did the same thing.
