They are scammers! They are liers! *** comes in your house for one thing then wants to look at other things to get commission off you then when you send whatbhe ask for saying everything is under warranty and then after the work is completed tells you it wasn't and you get a bill. They are liers and scam. They dont want to work with you to make a payment or anything.

Terrible customer **********************. I received a call from this company after my ******* clothes dryer failed with a common failure. I opened a ticket with ****** and this is the service provider they assigned it to. The dryer is 1.5 years old, just outside of the two-year warranty. When speaking to the service agent at Quality Appliance Service, I asked what their costs were and they were exorbitant. When I asked how to get ****** involved because I felt that this common/known issue should be covered under warranty, the service agents was extremely rude and hung up on me. I called back and got ********** who is the "manager of the whole place." ******** would not tell me who the name of the company was or what city they were located in. She would not let me get a word out before hanging up on me a second time. She then canceled my service ticket without my authorization or consent simply to spite me. Fortunately I was able to contact *******, who were very sympathetic and apologized profusely for the behavior of their contracted service provider. ******* also waived any fees and will cover the repair (yet to be completed) under warranty. Had the people at Quality Appliance Service simply told me to call ******* rather than get nasty with me, they would still be getting paid to perform this repair. I'm under the belief that they don't like to do warranty repairs because they are unable to charge as much for them as they are with an out-of-warranty consumer.
