    On february 2nd I placed an order for this business through the app. When I arrived they told me they no longer made the burger I ordered, I didn't want anything else so asked for a refund and was told they were unable to process any sort of refund since it was through the app. Asked how I was supposed to get my refund and I was told "Im not sure, maybe to into the settings or something, I don't really know anything about the app" so I once again clarified that they were not gonna assist me at all then drove to the parking lot to look at the app to find out that there is certainly no way to address a refund or any sort of issue with the order. Try to call Carl's jr customer service just to find out that has been discontinued and they solely hear any sort of feedback through an automated robot. I went through all the steps with the automated system till it eventually got to the point where I could explain this and ask for my money back considering not only did they not provide any goods in exchange for the money they took but also have made it incredibly difficult to find any sort of resolution for something that is their fault in the end of the day. I was told I would hear back within 3 days from someone if necessary. Never say any sort of refund nor heard back from any one after 4 days so I tried again...and again and again every 4 ish days for whats been over 3 weeks without any sort of word or refund from them. The amount is only $8.10 and I would like my money back, but honestly it more so just infuriates me that a business can conduct themselves in such a manner, inconvenience them customer to such an extreme amount, make no attempts to try to resolve anything and just get away with it.
