    I had read a facebook post recommending Brandon M******* and Wasatch Vinyl. We called on 9/11 to have him provide us a bid. He arrived and measured our property and sketched out a bid. The document stated a total $6688 and requested a 25% deposit of $1672. We called him on 9/13 and paid the 25% deposit with the expectation and agreement of beginning work on 10/12. On 10/12 weather was bad and the work didnt begin. I had attempted to contact but didnt hear back at all until later that week where he stated the weather was the issue and he would contact us in a few days to coordinate again. We didnt hear back despite multiple attempts. He finall made contact and agreed to pay back and more. He has since declined all calls and is not returning texts. I just want to recover the money i paid due to no work even started and difficult even impossible contact history.

    Met and agreed on price. Completed 5% of work but required 75% of cost upfront for materials. Never came back and did not answer when called or messaged on Facebook messenger

    On May 15th I entered into a contract with the company for the construction of a vinyl fence at my personal property. I paid a deposit of $3000. The deposit was to lock in an installation date of May 31st. No further contact was made. I attempted to verify the installation date with no successful communication. The date of installation came and went. On the following day I attempted to reach out to find out what happened, and if we can reschedule. NO response was given. By end of day I had reached out with home phone, cell phone, business phone, messenger, chat, every form of communication I could think of. I looked them up on the BBB and found they had complaints for the same thing. I Googled the owner to try and find out how I could otherwise reach him. Google identified a mug shot for the area the owner lives. The payment was made through Venmo so I finally requested a refund through Venmo. After 2 days of trying to reach the owner, I only received a response when Venmo sent a request funds. The owner had listed the transaction as friend to friend not business. The owner made no attempt to reschedule or offer excuse for failure to fulfill the contract. The following day he said his installer didn't start because blue stakes didn't mark the area. I showed pictures of the marking because I had called blue stakes myself. I confirmed he never called blue stakes. But I had so that wasn't an excuse. Eventually he said he would refund me my deposit but after the weekend he still had not. He said he didn't have the funds. A legitimate business that claims to do more than a project a day could not come up with refund money for a deposit on one order and continues to claim he will eventually return the deposit when he gets the money. I am asking the BBB to help me get a refund so I can hire a legitimate business. I am filing a police report because the owner refuses to refund me in a timely fashion.

    We hired this company to install our fence in our backyard with one 4' gate and two 5' gates creating a double gate. Brandon offered us a $200 discount if we signed up with him (which was given) and then we received an additional "discount" (not charging a card fee) for paying in full. He was scheduled to start our fence on 5/1/23 and complete it by 5/5/23. The start date came and I attempted to reach Brandon numerous times to see what time they would be coming to start the install of our fence and he never responded. On 5/2, after more calls, I still didn't receive a response until later in the day arranging a call with me for later in the evening which never happened. I finally spoke with Brandon 5/3, he offered an additional $200 discount that he would refund to me and agreed to start my fence on 5/9 and set to finish on 5/12. He came on 5/9 but later than anticipated for "pulling the wrong color" on the posts. He dug the holes on 5/9 and started placing the posts but did not pour the concrete until 5/10. No one showed up again until 5/12 when he started placing the panels. However the concrete was still not set in order to install the gates and stated that he would be back on 5/15 to finish the gates and the last panel. It is now 5/17 and Brandon is ignoring all calls and texts and facebook messages. I have yet to receive the additional $200 discount refund due to the first inconvenience and my fence is still not complete with a pile of dirt laying on a cardboard box on my grass in my backyard. I want my fence completed and the $200 refund for being inconvenienced.

    Fence with gates is what was agreed. They say they'll come and then don't show up. It's been about 6 months of text messages and phone calls being ignored, with a reply maybe about once a month with an excuse, saying there's either a "shortage of material", or an unexpected "tragedy in the business." I still need my post caps and 3 gates installed. I've already paid close to $9,000 and my fence is still not complete. Very poor communication, the very few times I've had repsonses, have been with the owner that says he's going to come and finish, but then doesn't show up. Owner said my fence would be completed in 2 weeks, that was about 6 months go.
