    Nov 3, 2022--I was charged $125.00 for an order. Two weeks later on receipt of the gummies, I immediately returned them unopened to the address listed on the receipt. OFX Returns ************************************************************** As the company as never credited my account, I called the number listed on my credit card statement----the response was this is not a valid number. I then called OFX and they said that their business was not associated with Elderberry Gummiies. The product was NOT returned to **** found a reference to the company name associated with KAYLA SALES COMMERCE LLC (****) but there is no phone or website Information.The company's file number is 12888604-0160/registered agent is KAYLA ***************How do I proceed?***************************** *****************************

    Thank you for your response. As I explained in my complaint letter, there is no working phone number or website!

    The customer associated with this complaint filed a chargeback request prior to contacting the BBB and has been refunded in full.

    If the customer can cancel the chargeback through her financial institution, we can then issue a full refund. We will attempt to call the customer to walk her through that process today, Friday, February 3, 2023.
