5 starsPrompt, Professional and Perfectly Executed Process!******** absolutely saved the day! Heres the story: I live in ** and borrowed a rollback truck for a 2.5 hr trip into *** to retrieve a 20 storage container that I had been promised to me by another very large container organization. Upon arriving there seem to be nothing but confusion and within 1 hr of various calls and text I could tell that my day may not end well. So I got to work calling and reaching out through FB Msgr and found ********* ad for USA Containers. Immediately I started to feel like there was hope. ******** made no promise, only a commitment to reach out to her boss to see what they could do. She was persistent and kept me in the loop. Within approximately 2 hrs the container was secured and I was on my way for a load out. Just Top Notch!Highly Recommend!USA Containers

5 starsHad 40 used high cube delivered today and from the communication through the process to its actual delivery everything went very smooth. One other company indicated they could not deliver to my location due to the access off a county road. Usa Containers was given same photos and advised they would be able deliver the container. They were right and got it in. From my sales person ***** to the logistics team and the driver couldnt be happier. The floor is smooth and the condition has rust and dents but its used and fully functional for my storage needs. I would recommend to friends and family. 5 starsWe were very impressed with the whole process of obtaining out storage unit and the customer service that we received. Our representative, ***** was amazing. He explained the process thoroughly from the beginning to the end in a very professional manner!!! The driver that was delivering the container kept us posted on where he was at and the approximate ETA. Once the container was delivered ***** again reached out to us again regarding any questions that pertained to the storage unit.If we are in the market for another storage container, we will be reaching out to ***** again and we will be referring our family and friends to him. The total experience was greatly appreciated with all the help and support provided. We are definitely very happy customers!!!***** and ******USA Containers

1 starI contacted *** Container and agreed to purchase a 40' container for $3,171.95 delivered to my location. I asked how payment would be made and they told me they would send me a contract for sale. I looked at the contract and it was a rental agreement for 36 months at $140 a month or $5400 for the trailer. I messaged them and said there was a mix up. Employee told me that this is how they sold trailers and I could make a deposit and pay it off when I received it. I told them there was nothing in the contract about an early payoff, and the amount we agreed on was not in the agreement. I told them there was no way I would sign this rental agreement for $5400 and if they wanted to sell it, deliver it to me, and would give them a cash, cashier's check or personal check. No response. Sounded like a scam to me.USA Containers

Hello - in section 3 of the contract it shows whats the buyout price which is the cash price. Give it a read and if its still not clear, will you please call ************** and ask for ******? Ill walk you through it to make sure youre 100% clear on how it works.Review fromAlex S

5 starsI'm always skeptical spending thousands of dollars on online purchases, but my *** Container purchase went flawless.******** was the coordinator I worked with and was exceptionally responsive to my questions.Customer service does still exist!!From the first inquiry I made to the exactly on time delivery, this company is refreshing to do business with.I researched several vendors, and they met or beat any of their competitors prices.Don't hesitate to purchase your container from *** Container!USA Containers
