********************* Attachments Wed, Jan 18, 10:36?AM to info I purchased a container from you, and when it showed up it was full of rust! (see pics) the short story tried to call your office, so did the driver and sales rep. to no responses! After showing pics to the rep and expressing my concerns both driver and sales rep agreed they wouldn't accept the container either.Then I received an email that I had basically three options buy new or buy for delivery and get a refund minus delivery or pay twice for a new delivery. then was sent back approx $2400 minus $1800 with no explanation? Please help. I just want a solid container like I was promised. I was sent this order number ***** then nothing ???? I expected some surface rust but the one they sent me was really bad! I'm a very reasonable person but ******** has been absolutely no help. Im paying storage fees of $400 a month and would like this resolved asap before any further steps need to be taken.I emailed this letter to them no response ! had my attorney write a letter to them no response! The next step is small claims court. Really don't want to go to court, just want a container in good shape! It's too bad you have to go through this kinda grief with a company! Wish I could add pictures so you can see the container they sent me. --

***... it is not fair that you leave a review like this and then blame or lie to everyone. We truly do all we can to provide outstanding service... we brought a container to you. You then changed your mind and no longer wanted it so you sent the container back to the depot. We refunded you minus the delivery fees.Ted s.

I truly can't believe this is your response !!!
Not only are you not trying to rectify the situation you are calling me a liar? You did send a rusted-out container, the first thing your driver said is, you might want to inspect this thing before I drop it! We then tried to call someone at your office but no one was around to give any type of guidance over the weekend. Then you took! $1800 out for delivery charges! You cant add photos or id be happy more than happy to. Even the main seal that runs between the two front doors was rusted. Unfortunately looks like I'm going to have to take you to small claims court. Thank You for calling me a liar at least people can see the type of company you really are.Review fromMichael B.

The salesman was good and communicated well. Then I never heard from anyone again about delivery. After i called the company, they gave me a delivery date. Day of, no contact and no container. Guaranteed delivery within 15 days. Past that date. No contact.USA Containers

You are entitled to your opinion, but here are the facts.1. April 14th in the morning, we emailed you. No reply.2. April 14th in the evening, we emailed you. No reply.3. April 18th, called, texted. No answer/ no reply.After we left voicemails and texts we then waited for you to call ** or get in touch with **.There is so much we can do if you do not communicate with **.We cannot deliver ************************************** touch with **.The container was finally delivered after we got in touch with you.Michael B.

here are the FACTS. i got your email on april 14, and answered your delivery questionaire. then i received your second email saying my delivery was scheduled. didnt know any more action was required on my part. NEVER had a missed call or text from you. and never recieved another email from you. my salesman could always get ahold of me, as he did, when i had to call you to get any progress. then when my delivery date came, nothing. so i tried to cancel my order, which should not have been an issue, until you tried to steal my money. yes, 2 weeks later you did finally call me (amazing what happens when you try!) and we finally got a container delivered. as far as i am concerned, we are done. so drop it.Review fromCharles L

5 starsCan't thank these wonderful people enough for all their help. BBB does not want me to disclose names unfortunately because id like to thank them personally because each was so very helpful! I've been stuck here unable to move for so long. I can't afford a moving company and can't pack up this house quickly due to a bad back, purchasing one of their containers was an answer to my prayers. I'm now able to pack everything up as I'm able without ******* and injuring myself further. I'm sure they will all have a little bit of rust from the salty air (which i expected) but it is easy to hit the bad spots with a wire brush/drill and repaint if you want them to look like new. My container is solid and leak proof as advertised and I'm sure it will stay that way long after I'm gone.. Thank you so very much for giving me a way out to have a fresh start!
