    To be clear, AllFilters produces a quality product and offers it at a competitive price. However, they routinely mislead their customers in the process while claiming their commitment to transparency regarding pricing.From their website: "We build trust through transparency about our products, pricing, and processes, believing that genuine, clear communication and truthful claims create lasting customer relationships."On July 4th, I received a promotional email from AllFilters with the subject line "48 Hour Sale on 10x24x1 ************ Filters!. The email claimed "Save BIG with 50% Off the list price and FREE SHIPPING for all 10x24x1 ************ Filters! Sale ends in 48 hours!On July 5th, I received a follow up with the subject line "Last Day to Save on 10x24x1 ************ Filters!. For the past five years, I have consistently purchased their filters at their standard price, which is ALWAYS 50% off the "list price". This pricing is just their standard pricing model; their value proposition. I emailed the company and asked this question "If I wait 72 hours to buy filters, will I pay more? Their reply:"While the promotional email highlights a certain discount off the suggested list price, we understand thatbased on your previous purchasesyouve seen the final price remain relatively consistent over time. In that sense, the "standard price" youre used to may still apply, even after the 48-hour promotion ends.That said, we can't guarantee it wont change, as our pricing is occasionally adjusted due to supplier and market fluctuations. But if history is any indication, you may not see a dramatic increase immediately after the sale ******* other words "No, you will not save any money by purchasing our filters within the next 48 hoursCreating a false sense of urgency (48 Hour Sale) and suggesting that Ill "Save BIG isnt just deceptive, its called LYING!     Their claim that some filters are "made to order and unreturnable" is completely fabricated. You can order a filter from All Filters THRU Amazon that is completely returnable without question, but if you order the EXACT SAME filter directly from ************************ they absolutely refuse to accept a return if the wrong size was accidentally ordered. This company has lost a customer forever.

The product page also states, Please check the actual dimensions listed below prior to ordering. This is to ensure customers have the correct information before finalizing their purchase.Additionally, your request to return the filters was made four months after the order was placed. Given the time that has passed, along with the products made-to-order nature, were unable to accept a return at this point.Regarding ******, return policies vary by platform and listing. Some of our products sold through ****** are subject to their return policies, which are different from those on our website. However, all returnability details are clearly stated before checkout on both platforms.Were sorry that our policy didnt meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback. Please let us know if theres anything else we can clarify.

    Received (2) Shipments of Pool Filters and when I went to change filters which was after 30 days I found the filters were all too long to fit filter housing. I contacted All Filters and explained these were wrong size filters but since 30 days had passed they refused to replace them.I offered to pay all freight charges and they could put wrong filters back into inventory and send me the correct size filters. They still ********** do not do business with All Filters as they will not accept responsibility for their mistakes or products.***** **** / Magnolia Tx

    The reason we are unable to process your return now is that it has passed the return deadline as per our return policy. We did offer to accept the return with a restocking fee as a gesture of goodwill, but we understand that you declined that option.

    Great customer service. The rep answered all my questions and I had a lot. I thank her for Being patient with me and then I felt confident when I put my order in that I was getting what I needed. I dont know that I can have the same patience she did especially in a ft basis.
