      The company is is extremely rude, we ordered a product and paid for over night shipping, three days later still have not received said item, called and have never been spoke to like I was by this woman on the phone, all we want is to be able to return the product which we still do not have for a full refund including the overnight shipping charge we paid for and still have not received the product

      We have Saturday and Sunday are not business days to let the consumer know that orders and deliveries do not happen on those days. Most customers have no issue with that and understand. We understand the customer was confused and said a return was fine, but could not refund the shipping. That's when customer hung up...his wife/girlfriend called back irate so many times we had to block their number.

      I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
      According to their website it says shipments made before 4pm will ship out that business day, no where on their site does it specify no shipments are made on Fridays, and this order was made before 4pm. My order was placed at 8:48 AM well before the 4pm time, regardless the item was not received until today Tuesday 8/27/24, we paid for overnight shipping, we did not expect the item four days later, we expected it the next day since we chose overnight shipping and were within the parameters of their time frame

      8/26/20248:06 A.M. Loaded on Delivery VehicleHammond, IN, United StatesTracking shows attempted delivery on Monday, the 26th, which was the next business day so it was on schedule. We do apologize that the customer does not understand that Say/Sun are not standard business days for ***.  The package shipped on Friday, as promised.

      I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
      As ******* ***** continues to lie, I have provided a snap shot (image 1) of my *** tracking which shows that it was never attempted to be delivered on Monday. I have also provided a snap shot (image 2) from a co-worker of mine who ordered the same exact product twenty minutes prior than I did, as you can see from his tracking, delivery was attempted on Saturday; as she emphatically insists they do not ship on Saturdays, the actual overnight which was expected. He was working, and as you can see his tracking shows attempted delivery on Saturday and re-attempt was made Monday where it shows out for delivery and delivered on Monday, where as mine only states that on Tuesday. I do not know what other evidence could possibly be needed to prove she is in the wrong and should refund the shipping.

      We have refunded the $169.95 for the parts.  The delivery options was for standard overnight and not priority over night.  You can file a claim with *** regarding the delivery of your order.
