I took my 8 month old puppy for behavior modification. **** ****** charged me $1,000. Per week for 2 weeks. He starved my puppy & did not provide him with water. He did absolutely no training & my puppy is way worse than before taking him. All I ask him to help was pulling me on the leash & my puppies nerves. I had to take my puupy to the vet the day after I picked him up from this LLC. He had to have an antibiotic, a cream for his dehydrated eyes, an injection for his diarrhea & anorexia, also a RX probiotic to make his body accept foid & water again! The vet bill was $354.

    Business Response

    Date: 09/06/2022

Ms. ******* came August 15 for a behavior evaluation and
potential inboard. Her dog *******, a Belgian Malinois, was extremely
conflicted, nervous and aggressive. I stated that he had severe behavioral
issues. I stated (as in our contract) that there are no guarantees with
behavior modification and that her dog was at the far end of the negative
spectrum. She asked us to please try and work with her dog as she had been
bitten and wounded several times and was at her wits end. We agreed to take the
dog for a two week inboard. During his stay, ******* was healthy and well cared
for. We attempted to redirect behavior and instill impulse control through
positive means. We were somewhat successful. When she came to pick up her dog,
we explained the he would need follow up private lessons with her and she
agreed. Days later I received very nasty and threatening texts and voicemails.
I am not sure what has happened in Ms. ********* life, but we attempted to help
a very unstable and anti-social Malinois. I am providing pictures of *******
half way through his course and then toward the end so that his health can be
    judged.
