I have reviewed Ms. ******* account and have found that this balance of $254.75 is a result of her insurance applying this amount to her responsibility.  It is true that Ms. ******* insurance is out of network with our providers, however, we billed her insurance as a courtesy to see if she had benefits.  The insurance does pay a portion, but technically, they also apply a discount that we are NOT obligated to accept because we do not have a contract with them (the insurance), however, in the case of Ms. *****, we accepted the discounted amount and only billed her the difference, therefore applying an even deeper discount than should have been given, but SaVida honored it.  I have no record of Ms. ***** ever calling the billing office and when we have attempted to reach her, it states her phone is not accpeting calls. Unfortunately, while I understand Ms. *****' s frustration, we have given her every advantage and discount within our power to give.  She does owe this bill legitmately.

I wanted to say this real quick and I will accept the response first off I did call billing and i did speak to someone they said they cannot change the bill am at another place called ****** and you know why I don’t have a high bill because my insurance would only pay if am getting counseling and having some type of sober plan every couple of weeks savida health did none of that and that’s why I got charged I definitely asked ***** who works at the front desk about me seeing a counselor and everything and you all said I didn’t have to see a counselor it’s basically a lot that wasn’t done on YOUR part so don’t gas light me I will take this matter to court because I know for a fact it was your responsibility to have me a counselor and even if I was out of network you all should have told me that i was paying off these high bills every month paying them down to get another one and I complained to the staff and that’s when they finally told me I will have to pay a 150$ copay when actually my co pay should have been 15$ what I pay know you all messed up the insurance I had so bad it was left with my new doctors office to fix it am willing to take this amount to court because I didn’t do anything if you all did what yall suppose to do has a doctors office I wouldn’t even have a bill don’t play or gas light me a discount please keep It I will keep complaining or see you in court am not paying that sorry
I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

---I first visited SaVida Health in ********* *** in July 2023. At the front desk, I was informed that each visit would cost no more than $150, which I paid during each appointment. However, after my final visit on July 26, I encountered an issue where SaVida's system began repeatedly charging my card without authorization.

---In mid-September, I contacted the ******** office, and they offered an apology. The administrator assured me they would resolve the billing problem and refund the overcharged amount within a week, but that promise went unfulfilled. Instead, their system continued to charge me without my consent. It's crucial to note that I never granted SaVida permission to charge my card in this manner.

---In response to these unauthorized charges, I had no choice but to file fraudulent charges against SaVida with my credit card company and subsequently change my card number. Regrettably, SaVida persisted in charging me despite the card number change. I was forced to file a second, third, fourth, fifth, and even a sixth dispute. Yet the charges keep coming, so I'm about to file my seventh dispute. This situation has pushed me to my limits, as I am facing what appears to be a combination of fraud and harassment from a medical provider.

---My primary objective is to put an end to these charges, as I do not owe the money being billed. Most importantly, I want to emphasize that I never provided consent to SaVida to charge my credit card beyond the standard in-office visit charges, which I would authorize with my signature. These additional charges were made without my consent or signature.
