    Peggy Hurley at PB&J charged me $600 to start the permitting process to place a manufactured home. After paying I did not hear back for over a week on whether or not she had even began the process. In the month following she informed me that she had not been able to start. Months later after numerous follow ups and trying to get the work done I ended up asking for a refund. Peggy agreed to send me a refund but no refund has been issued even after weeks of waiting.
    DO NOT SEND THE MONEY, as far as anyone can tell this is a scam company.

    Wouldn’t recommend everything was good at the beginning then they had a problem with my footers then messed up a footer then claimed I owed them money so was trying to keep what they owed me until I showed proof that I had already given them their money I also paid then for what 1500 a piece on two porches the porches are not worth that much tried to reach out so they could fix the porches because they didn’t pass inspection and neither did the footers for the two porches and nothing has been done I now don’t want any help from them being trying to get my porches fixed since the beginning of feb and still no progress the owner even stop replying to me and they still have one of my keys that the other owner lost when my house was getting put together
