I preordered ******* ***** by *** ********* on 9/13/2023. The book was originally supposed to be released in November. It was pushed back to December due to “publication” error. Originally when you preorder, you’re supposed to get these incentive such as a free chapter, zoom launch party, and have the book a month before the public. The pre launch party details hasn’t been released. On the new email, it stating the book will be shipped the first week of December. Don’t give a date or anything. The book releases to the public on the 19th. I still haven’t receive the “preview” of the book. Since I ordered it, I only received 2 emails since order. When I contacted them, the person on the other side of the computer for customer service just said “we can happily give you a refund” and when j said can I receive compensation or reduce price; again stated “do you want the book?”. Little to no customer service nor explanation on their behalf. I wish the authors can see how unprofessional they are.

Contract with Ballast Books to distribute my copywritten book was cancelled and agreed upon by both owner of Ballast Books as well as myself on 7/22/23 part of the agreement was that my book would no longer be represented by Ballast as either the publisher or distributor. However, to date, 29 days later, my book still remains on ******, ****** and *****, ********* listing Ballast Books as the publisher, which they are NOT. This book is copywritten by myself and I have revoked all rights that Ballast ever had to my book. This is a big problem for me as it is:1 - A misrepresentation of my book 2 - They are still offering pre-sales, but those are not coming to me as it is listed under the Ballast Books account 3 - The Subtitle and Synopsis have both changed for this book and this is a very clear misrepresentation of what the book contains.Ballast Books has NO RIGHT to publish, distribute or represent my book in any way and keeping these listings up is misrepresentation. It is also posing a problem for me to upload the correct version and release my book in a timely manner, which is costing me financial burden.COPYWRITE CERTIFICATE **********
