After working over the years with many different Housing Placement Companies, I must say that United Corporate is one of a kind. From the first conversation I had with an incredible rep, Upasna, right through the lease-signing, their team was extremely efficient, communicative, and professional. They were very sensitive to the needs of the host and guest alike, and the correspondence through multiple departments was seamless.
As an Airbnb host of many properties, I know how valuable honest reviews are, especially for the consumer to differentiate between good and bad. I therefore wanted to publicize the fantastic experience that I had with United Corporate as a shortcut for others to know where to turn for housing.

United Corporate Housing, LLC of which Ryan Hoover is the principal is a company and a person to avoid at all costs, in my opinion and experience.

Worst day of my life in the last 10+ years since I began this business in Maine was the day I was contacted by Upasana Kumar from United Corporate Housing LLC looking for a place to house 3 individuals whose house had burned down in the same town I live. Their lease began on March 3, 2023 and officially ended on June 15, 2023. I typically rent to Travel Nurses and do 3 month minimum rentals w/ the ability to extend should their contract be extended. United Corporate Housing LLC and their client’s client caused over $9,200.00 in damages. It was absolutely devastating when I saw how they left my property, which was utter destruction. I nicely allowed them to bring their dogs, but they took advantage of my kindness and snuck in a large exotic bird of some type and a ferret. The zoo animals were allowed to roam and fly freely throughout my property, defecating everywhere and on every surface imaginable, including the kitchen counters, inside containers that housed kitchen utensils and more. These animals chewed and poked holes in everything including draperies, bedding, upholstery covers, etc. etc. They left my property in unimaginable condition. They even housed the exotic bird when it wasn’t flying about freely in my property in the kitchen. I can’t imagine a more unhygienic location to house a bird, that is known to carry potentially dangerous bacteria and viruses than the kitchen. But then again, these people slept in sheets that were covered in what appeared to be human feces that soaked all the way through to the mattress pad and waterproof mattress protectors. These surfaces were also urine stained.

Ryan Hoover of United Corporate Housing, LLC is now silent when the time has come to pay for the $9,200.00 in damages. I will see you Ryan Hoover and United Corporate Housing LLC in court!!
