    I ordered custom gloves from the company and when I recieved them, one glove was damaged. This is back in June. I was told my other glove would be reprinted and sent to me ASAP. I've emailed 6 times, called twice, left a message and have been ignored every step of the way. I want a full refund or my glove NOW.

    I made a purchase from Wyrm Sports on 2/2/2023 for 3 articles of clothing. They arrived on 2/13/2023. Wjen I tried them on they sounded like they were tearing or ripping. They were the correct size, bit supposed to fit snug as it was all compression athletic gear. The first time I wore one of the shirts I noticed the stitching was coming apart around the waist area. I then emailed on 2/28/2023 to report my issue and request a return and refund, I attached a pair of pictures showing them the stitching being faulty. ***** responded and asked if the other items were the same and I responded that I wasn’t sure, but I would go home and check that evening and report if I found any issues with those items as well. When I went home and inspected the clothes I found all three items were faulty in the stitching. So I emailed ***** and sent him pictures. He then responded that they could not issue me a refund. I responded that it was not fair and that this clothes wasn’t cheap and that if they didn’t do the right thing I’d have to report their business and give honest reviews of what the clothes was like. ***** responded that they could only honor refunds for 14 days on faulty items. I asked him one more tike to please issue me my refund and explained to him that based on the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, he was obligated to refund my money for the faulty items. He’s not responded since. The total of the purchase was for $165.60, and I would like a refund, not an exchange. They’ve proven that their customer service is terrible and don’t care to make things right.
