    I used MTS for a non-emergency transportation trip on May 30, 2025. The young lady I spoke to on the phone (Dirrie) was very helpful and professional and getting me the assistance I needed. My mom had been transferred to a rehab the night before. Once my sister and I got there, the place was inhabitable, and we wanted to move her right away. I called *** and they were at the facility within 2 hours! The driver and the attendant were courteous and professional; they went above and beyond to make sure that my mom was comfortable. They had both the stretcher and the chair to get her up the outside steps and into her bedroom with no issues. They ensured she was placed comfortably in her bed before leaving. Thank you again Biny and *****, you were AWESOME!!If I ever need non-emergency transportation again, I'm only calling MTS!Thanks, *******

The customer service representative was very helpful. The driver arrived on time, alleviating our stress about getting to the appointment. The driver was professional, friendly, and attentive, assisting my family member with entering and exiting the vehicle, while ensuring their comfort and safety. The car was clean, well-maintained, and equipped for medical transport, featuring comfortable seating and a smooth ride. I appreciated the focus on safety; the driver followed all protocols, and the vehicle was equipped with the necessary safety features. Overall, I am delighted with this service.     MTS is a company I would trust with my loved ones. I always appreciate the customer service I receive from MTS. The gentleman named Nati is always efficient and very helpful.
    when I called to schedule for transportation, I didn't know what to expect as the next steps. Nati was so polite, that he took his time to explain everything to me.
