      I brought my 34 year old collector car in for it's last VA safety inspection before getting antique plates. They dented the gas tank when then put the car up on the lift. The dent is right at the drain fitting, rendering it inoperable. I sent a picture of the damage and they did not respond. I want a new gas tank installed. This is a valuable collector car.

      Good Evening, 

      We wanted to provide an update that we have been in communication with the customer multiple times and will be repairing and fixing the issues stated in the original complaint.  

      I have attached email communication from our Service Manager and our General Manager detailing the communication they had with ** ****** this week as well as our action plan. 

      We are currently waiting on ** ****** to return from out of town travels so that he can drop the vehicle back off to us and we can take care of.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution will be satisfactory to me, depending on their follow-up. 

      I have to get the car back in to them. Been away for 2 weeks. Plan to do that today. I'd like to keep this open until they take action.
