      Absolutely horrible and unprofessional! Take your car there only if you want to risk serious damage with no accountability. I took my car there recently for a full $250 detail and left with a car with the leather taken off the steering while, likely from harsh chemicals. I noticed it the second I sat in the car and touched the steering wheel. The manager insisted nothing was wrong and then had the audacity to tell me my car was old and I brought it in that way. Yes, my car is ******************************************************************************************** and that didn't mean it was okay for them to destroy the steering wheel. He then proceeded to laugh with the man who did the detail. I called the main office for Yates 5 teams asking to speak with **** the Operations Manager and ***** Yates, the owner. Each time I was told they would call me back, and I have yet to hear from them in 3 weeks. I am absolutely disgusted and will be reporting Yates to the Better Business Bureau and the *************************. Steer clear of Yates unless you want to risk your car being destroyed. I would have rated them a zero if I could have.
