    This morning 6/30/24, I called in an order to this restaurant and specifically requested for my meal not to include cheese, as I am allergic to cheese. I mentioned it two times to the person on the phone. Upon receiving my order, I took a bite and immediately noticed they had not taken into consideration my request. This is not the first time this happens. I called the restaurant and kindly requested for them to refund to refund me as I was unable to eat the meal. They asked me to return to the restaurant which I was unable to do. I let them know the first time this happened I didnt mention it and just accepted it. I could have easily been triggered but thankfully I was ok. I asked to speak to the manager to inform her of the recurring issue, they informed me the manager is not in until 3 PM. When I returned the call to speak to the manager, they picked up my call and when I asked for the manager she said one second and proceeded to then hang up on me and then disconnect the phone. I called from different phones and the calls did not go through so that is how I know they disconnected the phones. No one cared to acknowledge the fact that this could have seriously sent me to the ** nor did anyone address my problem. I called the ********** location in hopes that the manager there would be able to guide me to resolve my problem but they were just as unhelpful and rude. This is a HEALTH concern and should not be taken lightly. The person on the person was not just unhelpful but also rude for no reason. All I wanted was for someone to acknowledge the fact that this is a recurring problem. Based on their ****** reviews, this is nothing out of the normal. This business does not care about their customers health and safety nor their concerns. Which is why I took the time to write this on behalf of myself and the others. Not to mention, I had not seen the previous review and noticed there is also a major ***/ OSHA violations happening here.
