Our property just transferred over to this company where we use to pay through HOA never have we ever received a bill over $300 for 1 month these are new construction homes just built nothing has change in our routine or anything this company definitely have to be investigated because these bill are extremely expensive for one month! Our bill was under $89.00-100.00 for year prior to the change of this company at most now your talking over $300 for one month this is absolutely ridiculous something is wrong with their metering system there is no running toilets or anything that would make this increase like this!!!

Our utility bill from October-November was $66. Somehow, for the period of November-December, our bill jumped to $246.92. For one week during this time frame, we were out of town, where nothing was left running except for our refrigerator. We contacted our landlord about this issue and he sent us a picture of the "usage", where it compares the month to the bill dollar amount. No where in the document shows the actual usage. We contacted the company's customer service on 1/19 and the representative opened a case with the billing department, where we were told we would be contacted with an update after 1-5 days. We were adamant about a quick response, as the bill's due date was approaching and we did not want to accrue any late fees. We called the customer service department again on 2/1, almost 2 weeks after our initial call. No follow up email or call was received during this time. The 2nd customer service representative mentioned that the case was open and the billing department is "still processing it." 2 WEEKS LATER. We refuse to pay our bill without proof that our electric usage is accurate. Especially when, for a 2 bedroom apartment, with 2 people living in it, it is seemingly impossible to consume this amount of electricity in one month. I believe that there should be a serious investigation in this company, as many others report the same issues. Based on their 1.3 Google rating, something is definitely not right here....

My daughter and I live at Drings Reach, the property remodel units , my apartment was not included in the remodeling of the units, I was told that my unit, was not included in the budget even tho I needed work done to my apartment, we have lived since 2001. Last year 2023 they started charging us for water, the bill comes from Studebaker,my concern is my daughter leaves for work at 7:15 am returning home around 6:00 pm, I come in, in the morning about 8am, sleep half a day, yet I am home along, we wash clothes once a week, we don't do much cooking at all. our water bill runs over 100 a month, I don't understand if there are units in the same bldg, same size units and their water bill is fifty dollars a month and they have more people in their units , why am I being charge more, less water being used and less people in my unit!!!!!!!!. I have called Studebaker and they told me they only lease the meters and that the money goes to the property complex Drings Reach. March, April thru May 2023 I had water leaks, 2nd water leak the next month it lasted for almost a month. Instead of a resolution of giving me a discount on my water leaks my water bill continues to climb up from 80 a month to every month a 100 to over a 100 the highest bill 126, nothing has changed in my unit, its me and my daughter. I sent emails to the main office asking to have my problem checked out(water bill) with no response other than they will talk with the manager, because she said some damaging things to a manager at Studebaker, concerning me which was not at all truthful. Mind you last year the manager told me that she would get back with me concerning a discount of my water leaks, she did not and still has not. I need help with why the bill is so high. I was told that they are not charging for the usage but the size of our units, this information came from someone that used to work at Drings Reach apartment.

Ms. S******, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist you with leaks or high usage. We can, however, confirm that the meters onsite are not "leased" by Studebaker. Studebaker does not own any equipment located onsite. We can also confirm that you are not billed based off size of unit, square footage or headcount. Your unit is hooked up to a water meter that is read by Studebaker Submetering monthly. It is those reads that we use for the billing. Your water usage is billed to you based off your metered consumption. We hope this helps answer any lingering questions you may have regarding how you are being billed for water usage.

This company needs to die a slow and painful death! And residential buildings need to stop working with it -- it's fraudulent and they relay on monthly theft from customers who have no other option but be stuck with the management's horrible choice to hire these thieves. Fees upon fees and fees and fraudulent meter reading, I hope this company goes bankrupt as soon as possible and dies.

This predatory business needs to be closed ASAP. Most predatory business I've encountered with charges and fees that are lies and no way to check payments. This is robbery and residents of a building need to know that they are being robbed. This business should be illegal.
