  I decided to look for resume writing services in *************, because I was completely lost when it came to why I wasn't getting interviews. I knew I needed professional help. I had been trying to do it myself, seeking advice from HR, conducting my own research, and even purchasing a template online. After two months, I was still seeing no results. YES was able to look at my experience from the outside and craft a compelling narrative. They linked my experiences together in a way that made me feel confident.   I worked with Yes Career Counseling when I decided to look for a new job and explore other careers. They were excellent to work with and provided the whole gamut of services from doing an in depth look at my strengths and personality characteristics, job coaching, resume writing and interview prep. ******* was enormously helpful to talk to and bounce ideas off of while brainstorming new career paths and ***** was very organized and helped me keep on top of all their services.   It was after my decision to leave the teaching field that I reached out to YES for career counseling in Northern Virginia.   At the time that I decided to look for resume writing services, I was disappointed in my career progression and did not feel that I was valued at my work. I was feeling burned out from the work and wanted to leave my current employer, but was struggling to determine how to do that. I worked for a few years (casually) to find a new role, but I struggled to get beyond recruiter interviews and land a position. Or, I never heard anything from my applications.
  
  YES’s professional resume writers provided a tailored resume and cover letter to help me land interviews. I have increased confidence in my resume as it is polished and professional. Also, the coaching sessions have given me accountability to stay on track and focus on what is most important.

I have gained increased confidence in my interviewing skills, clarity as to my value proposition to employers, and a polished cover letter and resume to highlight my skills and experience.

  Yes Career Coaching and Resume Writing Services are top notch. Very, prompt in responding to your needs and questions. Very professional. I first used their services for a federal resume. They did a phenomenal job. I did secure the job. Most recently, I reached out to them to add the current position to the resume. Once again, a phenomenal job. Money well spent when investing in your career. I even referred them to my daughter and a family member. Daughter already had a promising interview and has been referred to the next level up. Writing a federal resume is challenging. Don’t stress yourself out. Let Yes Career Coaching work with you every step of the way.

  I was looking for a career transition. I've been in my career field for years in a managerial role and didn't know how to write my resume to expand beyond that, so I looked online for resume writers for federal jobs. I read reviews of YES online and they were great, so I submitted my resume on the website and got a call back the next business day. Everyone's been kind and courteous. I also like the setup with the website. I didn't know what to expect at first, so I appreciate the layout of the website and how the resume is written. The thing I appreciate the most is the customer service. Any time I needed an edit, it was done within 24-48 hours. The way the app lays out the different tabs is helpful—you simply go and answer the questions. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't have known where to start. Nathan did a great job of taking my information and laying it out on the resume in such a way that information that would have gotten me in trouble wasn't there.

  How awesome are they? I sent YES this email after I got my resume and cover letter: "Just wanted to say thanks again. I just submitted my application, and I still cannot believe how helpful your resume format was. The self-assessment format was updated from any other application I have done and required me to point to areas of my resume where certain KSAs were described. Because the new resume has the headings for these areas all in caps, it was super easy to respond to the assessment. Using my old format, it would have taken me hours and, honestly, I probably would not have come close to hitting the mark for most of the questions."
