    My wife and I were initially hesitant about moving this far from the city, but after living at Park Place at Van Dorn for just two weeks, we couldnt be happier with our decision. The entire team here is professional, welcoming, and truly dedicated to creating a great living experience.The amenities are beautifully designed, clean, and well-organized. From the 24/7 maintenance support (which consistently resolves tickets within 24 hours), to the trash service, gated property, respectful neighbors, gym, pool, and grilling areaseverything has exceeded our expectations.We toured several communities during our search, but Park Place had the best reviews, and now we understand why. Not a single thing has gone wrong so far, and were genuinely excited to begin this chapter of our lives here.A very special thank you to Malachi, who made a huge impact on our decision. He was professional, kind, and incredibly thoroughtaking the time to explain every detail and making sure we felt confident and welcomed. His urgency and commitment to residents needs are clear, and we truly believe he will make an outstanding property manager somedayif not at this location, then absolutely somewhere along his professional journey.
