      We just did a renovation project and our construction crew had cleaners come in, but I wanted some extra attention to the details which is why I hired Progressive, as they claim to do professional post-construction cleaning.
      If I could rate zero stars, I would. Our arrival window was 12pm-1pm and the cleaners arrived at 2:30pm, 1.5 hours late. They came in frantic and barely listened to my instructions. I had to beg the lead cleaner to stop randomly cleaning things that were already clean and come with me so I could explain what actually needed to be cleaned.
      I asked the crew to clean windowsills, blinds, inside kitchen cabinets and drawers, ledges and baseboards, our utility room in the basement, and vacuum the basement carpet.
      The team did not follow my instructions and the majority of what I asked was not completed. They were in my home for 5 hours with 3 people, a total of 15 hours worth of work with barely any results. On top of that, I came to check in 3 times and all 3 ladies were always huddled chatting in the same room of the house. On one instance, a bucket of water was filled, wet and splashing, and was placed on our brand new carpets. I had to go get a tarp for the cleaner to use and request they not put buckets full of water on the carpet.
      I have reached out to Evelyn, the owner, with photographs of dust and dirt in windowsills, drawers, ledges that weren't even touched, the list goes on. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, she refused to send a crew to correct the issues and demanded payment in full for the hours "worked."
      It's really sad to see a company billing by the hour and not standing by the quality of their service. I wish I had hired my regular cleaner who does amazing work instead of falling for their "post-construction" marketing. I would steer clear of Progressive Cleaning Corp.
