This is a citation service center that pretends to issue tickets for cities. The Cupertino Code Enforcement Officer and I have been in contact for the past half year regarding my construction project on my house in Cupertino California. We had constructive conversations regarding his concerns and all of them were addressed speedily and appropriately. However, this scam company issued a fine which they claim they sent notice on "March 16", which was before the conversations I had with the enforcement officer. I called the City, and they do not have any knowledge of fines on my property or contact with this company. I called the Citations Processing Center and they said they had sent letters and notices in the last month, which I never received. I asked if they can prove sending these notices, and they stated the letters are sent on regular mail. I am being charged a fine without proof, and the added on late fees are decidedly absurd. This is a scam company, and I demand they compensate for the time I took off work to deal with these scammers. 1. They must rescind their "OFFICIAL NOTICE OF DELINQUENT ADMINISTRATIVE CITATIONS" immediately; Cease and desist in their attempts to scam me with fraudulent fines. 2. My hourly income is $335, and I took 2 hours of PTO to resolve this issue. They must compensate me with 335 x 2 = $670 for the time I took off work. 3. I also expect a letter of apology for the mental and emotional distress I have suffered dealing with their scam.
