Our firm was contacted by Anderson Reporting on February 12, 2025, to cover what was described as a deposition. However, upon our reporters arrival, it became clear that the assignment was not a standard deposition. Despite this, we completed the work and received multiple follow-up requests from Anderson for the transcript. We informed Anderson on several occasions that the transcript would be slightly delayed due to poor audio quality in the courtroom and the inability to use backup recording equipment. Once the transcript was completed, both it and the corresponding invoice were submitted to Anderson on March 10, 2025.The invoice in question is substantial. On April 1, 2025, Andersons payroll department contacted us requesting a W-9 form, which we promptly provided with the expectation that payment would soon follow. Since then, we have sent multiple follow-up emails on April 14, 21, 22, 23, 24, and again on May 7none of which have received any response.Additionally, I have called Anderson's office four times. Each call was answered by an answering service, which has been unable to connect me with anyone at Anderson Reporting. The answering service also mentioned they receive frequent complaints regarding unpaid invoices from Anderson.Despite our efforts to resolve this matter directly and professionally, it is becoming increasingly apparent that further action may be necessary to obtain the payment owed. A quick review of Anderson Reporting's ****** reviews reveals a pattern of similar complaints regarding unpaid services. We hope this matter can be resolved promptly and amicably. Their customer service does not even deserve ONE star.
