    Didn't to a good job on my bathroom the toilet not working all thing they were suppose to do they didn't I told them about what was going on and they did nothing I have a brother with know legs and the toilet not working they didn't take care of the holes around the walls they put bad installation in the wall and much more

    I want two be paid for my for what I going through two get my bathroom fixes and having two go out side my house two use the bathroom  I am so mad that these people  came in my house and mess up my bathroom we can't  use it very nasty two go out in your yard and use the bathroom how would you feel . My bathroom was working find until the went in there and did a half a** job

    This is an absurd complaint.

    We are a top contractor for the ******** ******** Waiver Program.

    Never had one complaint about our work.

     

    The fact of the matter is this member had tons of hair and other foreign debris in her plumbing system which caused the  back-up.

    We went over and above what any contractor would do to accommodate her housing needs while we performed the work by putting her in a hotel (no one does this for this program) (see other attachment).

    All that she did was complain and demand we fix the issue with her plumbing. An issue that we didn't cause.

    As for a refund, that's hysterical considering not one dime came out of her pocket for any of these modifications. It's a state funded ******** program.

    This member's expectations to have us fix her clogged plumbing system, followed by nasty, threatening emails, text messages, and phone calls at 1 a.m. are really sad.

    I'd be happy to spend the money in court with this complaint.
