    Our Agency entrusted our annual holiday party (breakfast and lunch) to Impeccable Occasions, who failed to meet all expectations. Impeccable Occasions arrived over an hour late, damaged our furniture, and left silently without speaking to management. Even after articulating how important timeliness was and sharing our concerns around past reviews--they did not deliver on service. This tardiness severely impacted our entire schedule, forcing us to push back our agenda for the day and causing us to change departure times for out of town team members (costs to our agency). While the food quality was good, our operations team literally had to assist in plating and setup of the dining room for food to be served for breakfast and lunch. To add insult to injury, the catering team departed without notification and without speaking to our leadership for a closeout discussion. We requested a remedy, which they agreed to--but ultimately would not use them again.
